Cindy Cunningham is the founder and executive director of Village of Hope Uganda, a ministry she established after witnessing firsthand the devastating effects of war on children and families in northern Uganda. With more than forty years of ministry experience, Cindy has served with organizations such as Josh McDowell Ministries, Youth for Christ, and African Leadership and Reconciliation Ministries. She has traveled extensively around the world, advocating for vulnerable populations and sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Cindy’s work is shaped not only by global ministry but by her own journey of healing and redemption. Through speaking engagements, mission teams, and ongoing leadership at Village of Hope, she continues to tell stories of restoration, both her own and those of children once marked by trauma.
